Schedule yourself for one week to average 8 hours of sleep per night. Yes, you can, at least for one week.
Find out if the film "Winged Migration" is playing near you, and make a point to see it. It didn't seem like my kind of movie before I did, but you will like it, maybe even love it.
Check your car's tire pressure.
Spend a few minutes, right now, reading the United States Constitution.
Eat some pho.
