I resolve to work out at the gym at least 10 times between now and the end of May. My new-years push happened, but never gained a rhythm. I'd only go once a week or so, which is not enough to make progress, and now it's been about three weeks since I've been to the gym. I'm normally not one to do the online-diary version of a blog, but if a few people know your plan, they're more likely to ask you about it.
